How to apply
Pay your refundable application fee
Use the checkout below to process your fully refundable $997 application fee. The fee will be reimbursed if you do not meet the program criterea or if you decide it is not for you.
We'll check your eligibility
You'll receive a MASTERMIND questionnaire and an invitation for a one-on-one Zoom appointment with Ian Ugarte and Mastermind mentor Josie Puddy to review your suitability for the program.
Catapult your personal and property success
If eligible, you will have 10 days to pay the balance of your MASTERMIND Program fee, and then join your fellow students at the first MASTERMIND Live weekend in July. Your program access is 10 months.

This is the final year we will be offering Mastermind in its current form. And so to allow as many HI-RES students as possible the opportunity to join, the program has been discounted by 40% off the usual fee, saving you in excess of $10K!

The program commences in February, so this offer is available this week only. To apply, pay your fully refundable of $997 application fee and you will then be redirected to a page to complete your application questionnaire and book your application interview with Ian and Josie.
The Mastermind program will run for 10 months, concluding on December 6th 2022.
You can join with your life partner or spouse only. Once you pay your refundable application fee, you will be redirected to a questionnaire where you can indicate that you intend to join with a partner. If you do, you will both attend your application interview with Ian and Josie.
This is the final year that the Mastermind program will be offered. It is also the only time we are offering the program at the reduced enrolment fee. If you're not sure if this Mastermind is right for you, we encourage you to apply and talk it through with Ian and Josie during your application interview. Program application fees are fully refundable if you change your mind prior to commencement or if you are not successful in being accepted into the program.
All 4 Mastermind Weekends are held at QLD's Sunshine Coast. If COVID-19 travel restrictions prohibit attendance or if you are unable to attend for personal reasons, a recording of the event will be provided.
Once you pay your deposit, complete your application questionnaire, and have your interview with Ian and Josie, you will receive notification as to whether or not you are successful. You then have 10 days to pay your program fees in full. If you are accepted but change your mind prior to paying the balance of your enrollment fee, your application deposit will be fully refunded. We cannot refund fees once the program has commenced.
